Speed Bumps
Keep drivers going a safe speed with speed bumps. We can add speed bumps to any parking lot or asphalt service. These are good for residential communities with young children, schools, parking lots and narrow roads.
New Seal Coat
Coal Tar Emulsion
This is the most common type of seal coating, which is great for driveways and parking lots and results in a beautiful, striking black asphalt surface.
Replay
This product isn’t recommended for driveways but is an excellent choice for large parking lots. It is a non-black, 88% bio-based sealer that soaks into the asphalt while preserving your current striping. This method is more expensive than coal tar emulsion.
Chip Sealing
This is the most expensive seal coating option and is intended for severely damaged roadways and very large parking lots. In chip sealing, a film of hot, liquid asphalt is sprayed on the existing asphalt surface, then small chips of aggregate are applied. The chips are then compacted and the excess are swept away.
C&C Striping is your one-stop shop for all of your asphalt needs, including lot striping. A well-planned, professionally executed line-striping project helps reduce accidents by providing organized movement for both vehicle and foot traffic, and presents a clean, professional appearance.
Lot Sweeping Services
Parking lots represent a significant investment and it’s important to get the most out of them by keeping them clean. Regular sweeping in the spring and fall, and throughout the busy summer season, helps to remove the dirt, sand and debris that take a toll on your pavement, seal coating and line striping.
